Maybe Zoom isn't set to use the camera. A Lenovo laptop camera will likely appear as an Integrated Camera. Select it as the default camera in the app if it's not already selected. Resolve software conflicts. Take a look at your camera to see if the light indicating it's in use is on. If it is, a program is currently using the camera. Only one program can use a camera at a time, so you'll need to find and close the program currently using the camera before using it in another.
Our guide on how to force-quit a program in Windows can be useful if the program using your webcam is frozen or refuses to close. If the camera is in use, and no program open appears to be using the webcam, then a malicious program may be hijacking the camera. Install and run an antivirus if you don't have one already. Check the camera's privacy settings.
The menu that opens will show several toggle buttons. Check that the Allow apps to access your camera toggle is On. Next, find the program you want to use with your webcam in the list below and make sure its toggle button is On.
